USED EQUIPMENT WARRANTY

30 DAYS BASIC WARRANTY ON MAJOR COMPONENTS

On the major components identified below, I-Lift, will without charge, repair your part or provide you with a new one, if such part is found to be defective within 30 days after the product is delivered to you.

The following are the major components covered:

      In Internal Combustion Industrial Trucks (forklifts)

            1.  Engine (excluding all accessories and oil leaks)

            2.  Transmission (excluding all accessories and oil leaks)

            3.  Drive axle (excluding brake assemblies and oil leaks)

I-Lift requires that the product receives normal use and recommended maintenance; that you give I-Lift reasonable notice of the defect.  Repairs do no include transportation.

Replacement parts provide under this warranty are covered herein for the remainder of the warranty period applicable to the truck in which they are installed.

This warranty does not apply to damage arising from accident, misuse or neglect, or from alterations not authorized by I-Lift.  Nor does it cover replacement of normal service items such as tun-up parts, filters, hoses, fan belts and oil leaks. 

Unless I-Lift agrees in writing, this warranty is in lieu of all other warranties. 

THERE ARE NO IMPLIED WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL I-LIFT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE.
